How did the name Choo Choooo Pancakes come about? Since we live by the railroad tracks, we hear the train often. When my son was 1, and able to identify the sound of the train we told him what the noise was and how the train goes choo choooo. Then we asked him where is the train going and of course he did not know so I told him the train is going to get some pancakes. So after going through the questions multiple times daily, my son surprised me and answered the questions with one word, choo choooo pancakes daddy. That is how the name choo choooo pancakes was established.
